Terraces with zero access

A four metre wide terrace in Surry Hills with a shared rear lane is a genuinely difficult site. Material has to come through the house or over a roof, there is nowhere to set up a mixer, and the neighbours are close enough to hear everything.

We work these constantly. Dust protection, drop sheets through the hallway and a full clean down at the end of each day are standard, not something you should have to ask for.
