We work commercial across Sydney, and because we render as well we can handle the making good and the coating in one engagement instead of coordinating two contractors.
Working around a trading business
Most retail and hospitality painting happens after hours or over a weekend, because the space has to be open during the week. We are set up for it and we price it transparently rather than quoting a day rate and adding a surprise loading afterwards.
Working overnight in an occupied building means real attention to fumes and ventilation, dust containment, and leaving the space genuinely ready to trade by opening. Not tidy enough to work around, actually finished.
Low odour and low VOC products matter more here than on a house, because staff and customers are back in the space within hours rather than days.

Strata and unit block repaints
Sydney has a very large stock of three and four storey walk ups from the fifties through the seventies, and a lot of them are due. These come with requirements a house never has. Scaffold and access approvals, resident notification, staged works so the building stays usable, and documentation for the managing agent and the committee.
The technical challenge is achieving a consistent finish across elevations that have weathered very differently. A north facing wall that has taken forty years of sun does not look like the shaded south wall, and matching them takes deliberate work rather than just applying the same colour to both.
Because we render too, remedial work on the facade and the repaint can run as one job rather than two contractors blaming each other for the schedule.
What we cover
Commercial work varies enormously, and this is the range we handle.
- Shopfronts and retail interiors
- Hospitality fitouts, cafes, restaurants and bars
- Office fitouts and refurbishments
- Strata and unit block common areas and facades
- Warehouse and industrial interiors
- Line marking and safety colours where required
- Car parks, stairwells and back of house areas
Insurance, licensing and compliance
Commercial sites ask for paperwork and we have it. Public liability insurance, workers compensation, a current licence, SWMS for the work being done, and white cards for everyone on site.
We provide all of it with the quote rather than scrambling the day before we are due on site, which is usually the difference between being asked back and not.
